At Diamond Lab, we are dedicated to ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of your precious jewelry. We have partnered with reputable carriers to provide you with an exceptional shipping experience.
Processing Time
Each piece of jewelry is crafted to order, resulting in slightly longer wait times. However, we assure you that the anticipation will be worthwhile when your package arrives! The time from order to dispatch can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you wish to inquire about the status of your order during production, feel free to contact us via email at any time.
Shipping Methods
Diamond Lab offers free shipping worldwide, excluding Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, and countries experiencing conflict, such as Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, and Ukraine. We use FedEx, DHL, or UPS for international shipments depending on the destination, and local courier services within Greece. All shipments are insured for your peace of mind.
Discreet Packaging
To maintain discretion, particularly for surprise proposals or gifts, our parcels will not indicate their contents. Your jewelry will be carefully wrapped and placed in eco-friendly packaging, ensuring a truly unforgettable unboxing experience.
Urgent Orders
Should you need your item urgently, our jewelry specialists may be able to expedite the production process in certain cases. Please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Note that there is an additional fee of €100 for expediting classic solitaire designs and €150 for diamond-set jewelry (such as halos, vintage, or trilogy designs).
If you require an engagement ring urgently, you may also choose from our Ready-to-Ship engagement ring collection to ensure a quicker delivery.

VAT and Import Duties
As a registered company in the EU, you will not be charged any import duties when we ship your order within the EU. For shipments to other countries, local duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Showroom Pick-up
You can collect your order from any of our showrooms. Please inform our team of your intention to collect your item, and we will ensure it is polished and prepared upon your arrival. The person who paid for the item should collect it, as we will need to confirm your identity.
Please note that collection will not be possible for items paid through PayPal.
